1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PrimeSec Academy, operated by MarkKings Group LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Enrollment and access

Program access begins on the cohort start date and continues for the duration of the program. You may not share your account or distribute course materials.

3. Payments and refunds

Tuition is due on enrollment or per the installment plan you select. A 14-day refund window applies to new enrollments, after which fees are non-refundable.

4. Conduct

Participation in our community requires respectful, professional behavior. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual property

All program content is owned by MarkKings Group LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning.

6. Limitation of liability

PrimeSec Academy is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
